Kerry Ann Rockquemore
Kerry Ann Rockquemore, PhD is President and CEO of the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity. Her scholarship has focused on interracial families, biracial identity, and the politics of racial categorization. She is author of two important books: Beyond Blackand Raising Biracial Children, as well as over two dozen articles and book chapters on multiracial youth. After Dr. Rockquemore became a tenured professor, her focus shifted to improving conditions for pre-tenure faculty by creating supportive communities for writing productivity and work/life balance. Her award-winning work with under-represented faculty led to the publication of her most recent book: The Black Academic's Guide to Winning Tenure Without Losing Your Soul. Dr. Rockquemore provides workshops for faculty at colleges across the U.S., writes an advice column for Inside Higher Ed, and works with a select group of faculty each semester in the Faculty Success Program. VICE PRESIDENT OF
William Haupricht is Vice-President of Institutional Relations at the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity. William brings 15 years of consulting experience to the NCFDD and is responsible for developing and supporting institutional clients.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As NCFDD’s Director of Operations, Tiffany is responsible for delivering flawless programming to our growing members.Specifically, Tiffany oversees the implementation and development of new program initiatives, manages web content, and generally works to ensure the steady growth of the Center and bring an exceptional experience to its institutional and individual members.
Ashley Oliver, M.S., provides programmatic and administrative support for institutional relations and compiles statistical data on institutional as well as prospective members. She is also the primary administrative contact for member and website support. Ashley brings a background in Project Management, International Relations, and English to the NCFDD.
CAMPUS WORKSHOP COORDINATOR
Ruben Jimenez coordinates all campus workshops for the NCFDD. He is also the primary administrative contact for the Faculty Success Program. Ruben brings a background in organizational management, university administration, and event logistics to the NCFDD.

CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Brenda Keller provides excellent customer support for our growing members. She brings a background in administrative consulting, program management, and team building to the NCFDD.
Rick Patterson, CPA
Rick Patterson, CPA handles all financial tasks related to NCFDD operations. This includes recordkeeping, reporting, and payment processing. Rick brings with him over 20 years of experience as a certified Public Accountant working with clients in various for-profit and non-profit industries to the NCFDD.
TRAINING DIRECTORBadia Sahar Ahad, PhDis Associate Professor of English and Director of Undergraduate Programs in English at Loyola University Chicago and is the author of Freud Upside Down: African-American Literature and Psychoanalytic Culture (U of Illinois Press, 2010). Her areas of specialization are post-World War II African American literature, cultural studies, the history of psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic theory. Currently, Badia is a Faculty Success Program Coach as well as the NCFDD’s Training Director.
|FACULTY SUCCESS PROGRAM HEAD COACH|
Mindi Thompson, PhD, HSP is an Assistant Professor of Counseling Psychology at The University of Wisconsin-Madison and a licensed and registered Health Service Psychologist. Applications of her research agenda occur within two primary domains: (1) vocational and educational development and (2) mental health and psychotherapy. Specifically, she attends to interpersonal and systemic factors (e.g., experiences with oppression, access to resources, unemployment) that contribute to mental health and career development among individuals from diverse and underrepresented groups. Mindi is a Faculty Success Program Coach as well as the Head Coach.
