PRESIDENT AND CEO
Kerry Ann Rockquemore

Kerry Ann Rockquemore, PhD is President and CEO of the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity. Her scholarship has focused on interracial families, biracial identity, and the politics of racial categorization. She is author of two important books: Beyond Blackand Raising Biracial Children, as well as over two dozen articles and book chapters on multiracial youth. After Dr. Rockquemore became a tenured professor, her focus shifted to improving conditions for pre-tenure faculty by creating supportive communities for writing productivity and work/life balance. Her award-winning work with under-represented faculty led to the publication of her most recent book: The Black Academic's Guide to Winning Tenure Without Losing Your Soul. Dr. Rockquemore provides workshops for faculty at colleges across the U.S., writes an advice column for Inside Higher Ed, and works with a select group of faculty each semester in the Faculty Success Program. William Haupricht


William Haupricht is Vice-President of Institutional Relations at the National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity. William brings 15 years of consulting experience to the NCFDD and is responsible for developing and supporting institutional clients.

Tiffany Hinton
 
Tiffany Hinton, provides programmatic and administrative support to our institutional and individual members and is the primary administrative contact for our monthly training workshops, guest expert workshops, and Facilitated Learning Communities. Tiffany brings a background in Educational Administration and Personal Development to the NCFDD.

PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Naidra Walls
Naidra L. Walls, MPA, provides support to our President and CEO. She is the primary administrative contact for campus visits, conferences, keynote addresses, and meetings with Dr. Rockquemore. Naidra brings a background in Business, Public Administration, and Nonprofit Leadership to the NCFDD.

Ashley Oliver

Ashley Oliver, M.S., provides programmatic and administrative support for institutional relations and compiles statistical data on institutional as well as prospective members.  She is also the primary administrative contact for member and website support. Ashley brings a background in Project Management, International Relations, and English to the NCFDD.
