Tina Dover oversees long-term projects, advertising, marketing, and finance at the NCFDD. Tina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University. She lives just south of Atlanta with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, delving into genealogy research and working with children through AWANA.

Carol Mikel coordinates all workshops, keynotes, and trainings for the NCFDD. Carol's passion for business and success is helping take the NCFDD to the next level. Carol lives outside of Houston Texas with her husband of 24 years and their two teenage children. She strongly believes you are never too old to learn! Her hobbies include learning new technology, reading, camping, boating, being outside and just relaxing on the patio, usually with a good book
