Five Secrets to a Super-Productive Summer

Facilitator: Kerry Ann Rockquemore

Is your summer flying by without much progress on your writing projects?

Are you finding that those big blocks of time you were yearning for all year aren't turning out quite the way you imagined?

Are you panicking about the fact that the Fall Semester is only a few weeks away?

If so, join us for an encore of our most popular teleseminars where you will learn:
  • how to avoid the biggest mistakes academic writers make during the summer
  • how to maximize your productivity in the second half of the summer break
  • how to combat summertime isolation

A FEW GIFTS FOR YOU:

GIFT #1: EVERY SUMMER NEEDS A PLAN

If you would like to make a plan for the remaining portion of your summer using our process, feel free to download: Every Summer Needs A Plan. It's a hands-on, step-by-step, guide to creating a summer plan.

GIFT #2: HOW TO DEVELOP A DAILY WRITING PRACTICE

I hope I made a strong enough case for daily writing to make you want to try it! If so, here's an audio of a tele-workshop I gave in March on how to start and sustain a daily writing practice.

GIFT #3: THE 14-DAY WRITING CHALLENGE

I mentioned an experiment at the end of the call and I want to gift you with the opportunity to try it. It's a gift because I have to pay for you to participate. I'm happy to do so but please do this only if you are serious, only if you've never done it before, and it's only available to the first 100 people.

What is it?
It's a chance to experiment with daily writing in a supportive environment, for free, and with a little daily dose of electronic love from me. Starting July 16th, I challenge you to write for 30 -60 minutes every day, Monday through Friday, for the next 14 week days. At the end of that time, you can evaluate for yourself: 1) did daily writing increase or decrease your productivity? and b) did participation in a community increase/decrease your enjoyment of the writing process? I can't wait to see how you do!
