Over the years, we have observed that the top reasons people make the decision to join the Faculty Success Program is that they had a friend or colleague participate in the program and were amazed by their increased productivity.

As you approach the back end of your Summer term and begin thinking about what type of changes you want to make this Fall, I thought I'd send along a few words from our Faculty Success Program alumni for inspiration (see their success stories below). Wouldn't it be great to end your next term feeling this way about YOUR productivity and work-life balance?

If you want to learn more about the Faculty Success Program feel free to:

If you plan to register for our upcoming session, please don't wait until the last minute. Once we are full, we close registration. If you have any questions about the program, please feel free to email

What Faculty Are Saying About the Faculty Success Program:

"I enrolled in the Faculty Success Program because I was starting a brand new position at my university with a 45% research, 30% teaching and 25% extension and outreach responsibility. Since I am the first to hold this position, I wanted the extra support to make sure I was productive without giving up all my free time. FSP gives practical skills that apply to academia, but they also apply to life! I feel more confident that I am on the right track to promotion and tenure."

Constance Beecher, Ph.D
Assistant Professor of Education
Human Sciences Extension Specialist
Iowa State University

"Dear Kerry Ann:

I know you hear this all the time, but the bootcamp (I have taken two so far, as student and alumni, in addition to multiple online workshops) truly transformed my career and my approach to writing."

Carla Guerrón Montero, PhD
Associate Professor of Anthropology
Director of Latin America and Iberian
Studies (LAIS) Program
(Joint appointments with LAIS and Departments of Women and Gender Studies and Black American Studies)
University of Delaware
