Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer of NCFDD, the Institutional Membership Program Administrator will be exclusively responsible and accountable for overseeing the account management of all Institutional Members, developing and maintaining a communication process for all current and renewed members, and building strong partnerships with each university.  The IM Program Administrator will work closely with the COO to increase member usage of our site and resources, manage all elements related to Institutional Membership and participate as an active member of the core NCFDD team.

 

AS AN APPLICANT, YOU MUST:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Have 3+ years of experience
  • Want to be part of a high-functioning TEAM focused company
  • Be a proven successful collaborator, working with team members
  • Be incredibly tech-savvy and able to create and manage a virtual workspace
  • Love working from home
  • Demonstrate extensive skills in Excel and Word
  • Have experience in database management
  • Be a proficient writer and editor
  • Be detail-oriented
