What Faculty are Saying About the Faculty Success Program
"Participating in the Faculty Success Program changed EVERYTHING about my trajectory as a faculty member."

"Participating in theFaculty Success Program changed EVERYTHING about my trajectory as a faculty member. I went from self-doubt to knowing without a shadow of doubt, that I can be impactful as a Professor, without sacrificing myself or my family in the process. I don't know what my first semester on the tenure track would have been, if not for the Faculty Success Program. I learned so many things to help manage my time and prioritize my goals that I'm sure I would have only learned after years of trial and error. In my mind, Kerry Ann was my big sister "schooling" me on academic life, and giving me the tools that I need to ROCK this tenure track! I am filled with gratitude for all of the power that the Faculty Success Program has shown me how to reach inside of myself and grab!”
