I received the above message from one of my current Faculty Success Program participants and it motivated me to send you a quick note. Why? Because I wish everyone felt this way late in the semester: productive, balanced, and joyful.
While teaching three courses, this faculty member has also completed
and submitted two articles, and has a third article on target for
completion by December. I also want to share this with you because it is
a common sentiment expressed by participants in the Faculty Success
Program and it's definitely NOT due to any special magic. In fact, I've
come up with a 15-week program that enables people at any level of
professional development to increase their productivity, decrease their
anxiety, and manage time in such a way that they have greater work/life
balance. If you're already productive and balanced, feel free to delete
this message. But if you're feeling over-worked, over-whelmed, exhausted, and not making progress on your research and writing, then consider joining us for the Spring Semester Faculty Success Program.
