A Few Gifts for You!

GIFT #1: Cultivating a Network of Mentors and Sponsors

Here is a Core Curriculum Webinar describing our mentoring model. This is perfect to share with others who want to learn about our mentoring model.

GIFT #2: Writing Accountability

Here's a lengthier description of the different types of writing accountability structures for faculty productivity:

GIFT #3: The Sunday Meeting

If you would like to start having a Sunday Meeting to plan your week, you can follow along here (this is a hands-on workshop):

GIFT #4: The Art of Saying "No"

Many faculty (pre and post-tenure) find it incredibly difficult to sort out when, why and how to say "NO". In this monthly training call, you will learn: 1) the biggest mistakes faculty make in responding to requests, 2 ) how to identify and disrupt problematic patterns, and 3) our favorite strategies that you can implement immediately so you can add "no" to your vocabulary this semester.

    Monthly Webinars

The workshop you experienced was an example of the types of Webinars we offer each month to our individual and institutional members. Our monthly training and guest expert workshops are a benefit of NCFDD membership. Once your account is set up, feel free to register and review our Upcoming Webinar Calendar. If you have any questions on how to set up your account, please email:

    Faculty Success Program

Some of you expressed interest in our 12-week Boot-Camp that runs three times per year. You can read more about the program by clicking here. It's not for everyone, but if you need to make some radical changes in your productivity and/or work-life balance AND you know that you'll be most effective working within an intense community of support and accountability, then consider enrolling in our next session.

We look forward to hearing about all of your success!
