Faculty Success Program

Over the years, we have observed that the top reasons people make the decision to join the Faculty Success Program is that they had a friend or colleague participate in the program and were amazed by their increased productivity.

As you approach the end of the term and begin thinking about what type of changes you want to make this coming term, I thought I'd send along a few words from our Faculty Success Program alumni for inspiration (see the success stories below). Wouldn't it be great to end your next term feeling this way about YOUR productivity and work-life balance?

If you want to learn more about the Faculty Success Program feel free to:

If you plan to register for our upcoming session, please don't wait until the last minute. Once we are full, we close registration.

What Faculty Are Saying About the Faculty Success Program:

"The FSP Bootcamp has increased my productivity tremendously."

"During the summer of 2015, I participated in the Faculty Bootcamp, enabling me to be UNUSUALLY productive during a very emotionally tough summer. The FSP Bootcamp has increased my productivity tremendously. I have five research goals and five service goals as well. I have accomplished one of my research goals (to complete and submit an article on the phonological features of AAE). I am no longer dreading the writing process. I have also completed compiling the information for the graduate school’s curriculum handbook (a service goal). This handbook has been something our committee has been laboring with for a couple years."

"The Faculty Success Program has opened exciting possibilities in my scholarship and career."

"I signed up for the Faculty Success Program because I wanted a running start to my first tenure-track job. I took a big risk by paying for the program out of my own pocket, but I saw it as an investment in more productivity and less anxiety. This was money well spent! The Faculty Success Program has opened exciting possibilities in my scholarship and career. Executing the program’s principles has unleashed my productivity and creativity through daily writing, managing self-doubt, and striving for healthy work/life balance. My small group and coach provided an encouraging community that kept me motivated every week. Seeing my progress through the online software and daily check-ins demystified how larger projects get done. I would recommend the Faculty Success Program to anyone who wants to get the most out of their career in academia!"
